Seth MacFarlane has a good pedigree. He created Family Guy, American Dad and The Cleveland Show. He has written for all three. As well as producing and writing, he is also an actor. He voices Peter Griffin, Brian and Stewie in Family Guy.
His first feature film is Ted.
It stars Mark Wahlberg and Mila Kunis. But the biggest star looks like it will be the eponymous hero. Ted is every child's dream. A teddy bear that can talk. The twist is that as the boy grows up so does Ted. When you think about it, it sort of makes sense.
The trailer makes the film look hilarious. This is an oddball buddy comedy with a difference. The conceit might not be able to last the length of the film but if you like MacFarlane's humour then the film is worth a look when it is released in the UK.
